Shipping

Dispatch time

I usually ship orders on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, so the time between you placing an order and me shipping your order can take up to 7 days. 

This does not apply to custom products like custom 7 day candles, custom incense blends, Mystery Boxes, etc. These products take me longer to make. Please refer to the product or category descriptions for the exact dispatch time of these items.

Shipping companies

I ship with DHL and German Post. All orders come with tracking! Because the packages get scanned at the first sorting facility and not at the post office it can take up to 3 days until the first tracking event is visible.

Estimated shipping times

Germany: ca. 2-4 days
International: ca. 5-10 days

These shipping times are estimates. I can't guarantee them because the actual times are out of my control.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on the amount, size and weight of the products you purchase and the country you live in. You'll see the shipping cost of your order during checkout.

Customs and import tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
