Packaging
Since I want to reduce my waste as much as possible, I am reusing as much of the packing material I get with my materials as possible.
Glass items and big fragile crystal pieces come wrapped in reused bubble wrap to keep them safe. Whenever you find bubble wrap or other plastics in your packages, rest assured: it was reused. I don't buy any plastic packaging for my shop.
Moreover I reuse other peoples scrap fabrics to wrap crystals in. So your crystals come wrapped in a little piece of cloth that can be reused by you to make spell bags!
Here is a little bit of info on the packaging material I buy:
Cardboard boxes:
- FSC certified
- 60% recycled paper, 40% regional grass OR 100% recycled paper
- 100% recyclable
- vegan adhesive
Packing paper
- 50% recycled paper
- 50% regionally grown grass
Tape:
- Plastic free paper tape
- vegan, environmentally friendly adhesive made from natural rubber
Herb & incense bags:
- 100% compostable cellophane
Logo labels:
- 100% recycled paper
